Account deletion
This page is the route to permanently deleting your OrbitCubs CRM account and the personal data attached to it, as required by the Google Play data-deletion policy and by data protection law.
What deletion removes
Your user account and sign-in identity, your profile, and the personal data held about you as a user. Once the request completes, you can no longer sign in and the account cannot be restored.
What may be retained
Records that belong to an organisation rather than to you personally may remain with that organisation, and a limited amount of data may be kept where the law requires it. The page states the current retention position in full.
How to request deletion
Open /account-deletion in the app and follow the request flow described there. You do not need to email support first, and there is no charge for making the request.
Frequently asked questions
Can I undo account deletion?
No. Deletion is permanent by design. If you might want the data later, export it before you submit the request.
Do I need to contact support to delete my account?
No. The deletion request is made from the account deletion page itself. Contacting support is only necessary if the request cannot be completed for some reason.
