Privacy policy
The privacy policy sets out what personal data OrbitCubs CRM collects, the purpose of each use, who processes it on our behalf, and the rights you can exercise over it.
What the policy covers
- The account data you provide when you sign in, and the CRM records you create.
- The purposes each category of data is used for, including running the service and diagnosing faults.
- The third-party processors involved, notably Google Cloud and Firebase for hosting, sign-in and the database.
- How long data is retained and what happens when you delete your account.
- Your rights: access, export, correction, deletion, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
Your rights
You can access and export your personal data, ask for inaccurate data to be corrected, request deletion of your account and its data, opt out of marketing messages, and raise a complaint with a data protection authority.
Reading the current version
The page rendered at /privacy is always the current text. This summary exists so that the policy is legible to crawlers and assistants that do not run JavaScript; where the two differ, the page itself governs.
Frequently asked questions
Where is my CRM data stored?
In Google Cloud Firestore, under the Firebase project that hosts the application. Google acts as the infrastructure processor; the data itself belongs to your organisation.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. You can export your personal data, and the deletion page explains how to remove it permanently.
