Utilities is a shortlist of free, general-purpose tools that come up during CRM work. OrbitCubs deliberately does not reimplement them — each card opens the real tool on ZTools, a free sibling product, in a new tab.

What is deliberately not here
Anything that touches your CRM data lives inside the app, not on this page. Importing a CSV into your objects is done in Data Management. Dictating into a record field is built into the record editor. Generating a report runs against your own data. This page is only for the standalone, account-free utilities.
Cost and accounts
The linked tools are free and need no account. They open on ztools.zaions.com in a new tab. OrbitCubs CRM does not receive the data you process in them.
Frequently asked questions
Do these tools need an OrbitCubs account?
No. They open on ZTools and work without signing in to anything. You only need an OrbitCubs account for the CRM itself.
Does OrbitCubs see what I scan or convert?
No. The tools run on ZTools, a separate site. Nothing you enter there is sent to your OrbitCubs workspace, and OrbitCubs stores no record of it.
Why link out instead of building these in?
They are solved problems, and duplicating them would mean maintaining two versions of the same utility. Linking keeps the CRM focused on CRM work while still putting the tools one click away.
